On 5 June 2024, Thunderkick said it had secured its Ontario licence and planned to welcome its first customers on 12 June. On 13 June, the company said it was live with PokerStars and LeoVegas. [1] [2]
A later CDC Gaming report, published on 27 August, says Thunderkick first went live in Ontario with those operators in January 2024. The sources reviewed do not resolve the difference, so the exact first-live date cannot be stated as settled. [3]
