Flows announced on 5 October that BizAcuity’s GAMWIT analytics platform had joined its marketplace. The supplier says the connection lets operators use live player activity and predictive model outputs in workflows across their existing systems. [1]

The announcement describes two groups of applications. For engagement and retention, Flows lists churn-risk identification, player lifetime-value forecasts, early identification of potential VIP customers and personalised game recommendations. For risk and compliance, it lists responsible-gambling interventions, bonus-abuse detection and monitoring for anti-money-laundering anomalies or changes in hold percentage. These are advertised capabilities, rather than independently demonstrated results. [1]

The commercial proposition is to connect analytics with the tools operators use to act on those signals. Flows says marketplace availability reduces the need for custom integration work. Its announcement does not provide integration pricing, named deployments or measured improvements in retention or risk detection, so it does not establish those outcomes. [1]

NEXT.io published the same development on 5 October, closely repeating the company announcement. That coverage confirms that the announcement circulated, but provides no separate performance evaluation of the integration. [2]
