For the year ended 30 June 2026, Rank reported total net gaming revenue of £835.0 million and like-for-like net gaming revenue of £834.1 million. Digital like-for-like net gaming revenue was £248.5 million. Underlying operating profit was £78.6 million, while statutory operating profit was £55.7 million. These measures describe different accounting bases and should not be treated as interchangeable.

In its 7 October 2026 public statement, the Gambling Commission recorded a £5,012,261 payment in lieu of a financial penalty for Grosvenor Casinos Limited and the wider group, including Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited and Gaming Group Limited. The review found anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings. The settlement also includes investigation costs and an external audit within six months of the licence review’s conclusion; the statement does not establish that the audit has been completed.
